“cancelled my resrvations without notifications ended no room”

They cancelled my reservation and told me when I was checking in. No phone calls, no email—cancelled on the spot on 10/07/2026.

We were staying while our house was fumigated, so we needed full‑size refrigerators in two rooms for perishable food that couldn’t be bagged. I was shocked at how dirty the carpets were; it looked like a mechanic had been changing oil there. The outside of the refrigerators was also filthy, and there was random damage to the walls. One refrigerator’s freezer was frozen solid and didn’t let cold air into the fridge, so I had to defrost it to get it working. We also overheard staff telling another customer that she would have to wait until tomorrow for her toilet to be repaired and that she could go to McDonald’s and use theirs.

“Strange activity in the parking lot made me uncomfortable, room lacked basic ammenities.”

The front desk man was friendly, but when we arrived there were two men working on a broken‑down car right in the front parking lot. The car was half taken apart. It was very late, past 12 AM, and I was traveling with two 13‑year‑old girls, which made me feel uncomfortable. The room was extremely outdated and there were no towels, soap, or anything else we would need for a comfortable stay.

“Sucked”

The place is in a good spot, but the fridge was awful, the bed had springs sticking out, and the carpet was filthy.
