The staff were super friendly and made me feel welcome right away. Unfortunately the breakfast left a lot to be desired – the spread was pretty thin. All in all, the people made up for the weak morning meal.

Service was on point – the team was respectful, attentive, and seemed to really care. Everything else was solid too, so I’m just grateful for the smooth experience. Would gladly come back.

The view from the rooms is lovely and the place has a cozy, family‑like vibe. That said, it’s far from the city center, the building feels pretty basic, and the night approach through fog can be tricky. The floor gets cold in winter, which doesn’t help the comfort level either.

Staff were great and the atmosphere really made me feel at home; the room was surprisingly spacious. The downside is that you can’t walk to Capivari’s center – you’ll need a car to get around easily. If you drive, it works fine.

Reception was spot‑on, very welcoming and made me feel right at home. The location, however, is a bit inconvenient; I struggled to grab a rideshare, though anyone driving there will find it fine.
