Canto das Laranjeiras Beach Club Guaiuba

“decepcionante”

The place is very pretty and well‑located, but it lacks maintenance entirely. Loose electrical wires in the room, broken hooks in the bathroom, broken sauna deck, loose sauna outlet, and a sauna door that doesn’t close. The pool lounge chairs have cracked coating, soaking up water and dripping when you lie down. The garden is very pretty.

“Ótimo lugar!”

The atmosphere was pleasant, with a cozy space that made us want to come back for sure. We liked everything, so there’s nothing negative to mention.

“Bom custo beneficio, localização excelente, alguns pontos de comodidade e conforto precisam melhorar.”

The pool area and games were pretty cool, and the location was spot on. Breakfast was good and the afternoon coffee was also tasty. The gate key kept malfunctioning, and the staff weren’t ready to help; we had to ask other guests for assistance. When we ordered a tapioca, the service felt reluctant. A huge rainstorm hit, but no umbrellas were available even in the parking area, since the space is open. The rooms are old, and the corridor to the parking lacks any lighting, so we had to use a flashlight at night.

“Razoável.”

The staff were friendly, and the rooms and bathrooms were spotless. Around 16:00 we were offered a simple but tasty afternoon coffee. The lodge is far from the city center, but it’s right next to a charming little beach. We arrived almost an hour early, yet the employee didn’t let us in because there was no receptionist to check us in; we ended up wandering the town until the check‑in time. Maybe it was due to heavy rain, but the app photos look very cozy, while the place itself is very, very simple.

We’re grateful for the care and attention from the lodge staff, who were always eager to help, concerned about our stay, and ready to recommend restaurants, bars, kiosks, and places to visit.
