KOKO HOTEL Sendai Station South

The bed was good and the amenities were plentiful. I was disappointed because it was a kokoHOTEL; when I entered the room, the door wouldn’t open, so I had to go back to the front desk and wait in line to have it opened. I wish they’d checked it beforehand. I was exhausted from traveling and had to check in at the hotel, so it was a let‑down from the start. The room itself was calm, but the noise from the neighboring room echoed, waking me up in the middle of the night. It really echoed, so I realized I shouldn’t make noise.

“ホテル利用者にもっとホテルの情報を”

スタッフが親切であった。３連泊したのだが、ドアノブに替えのタオルがその都度かけてあった。. 部屋に室内スリッパがなかった。スタッフにいうとすぐに用意してくれた。パジャマが丈の長い上着だけなので、足が涼しい感じがした。４月に続き、７月に２回目の３連泊した。また次も３連泊する予定だが、このように多く利用する利用者へ、ココホテルの利用ポイントとか会員制度等はないのか、スタッフに訊いたらQRコードで読み込めば、各種の情報があると言われた。紙ベースのものとかないのだろうか。またもう少し口頭で説明してほしかった。誰でもQRコードを入れているわけではないので。

“初めての利用です”

There’s a convenience store nearby. The shampoo in the room left my hair silky and smooth. I also tried the recommended broth, which was very rich and tasty. The staff were very courteous and pleasant. The space between the bed and desk is a bit narrow, so it’s a little awkward for two people, but the price is reasonable, so I’m satisfied.
