The hotel sits in the center of Cheseaux, close to the station, nothing more to add. The property is in terrible condition: mold, broken plumbing, an old dirty toilet or one that isn’t cleaned, no soap or hygiene products. The front desk is empty, so you have to run around to find someone at check‑in and check‑out. There is no air‑conditioner, windows can’t be closed. The rooms are above a restaurant that stays open until 12 am, and during sporting events (in my case the World Cup) the noise and shouting went on until 5 am. There is no fridge, or it’s locked. No safe. The state is awful. I had booked two stays at this hotel; the hotel pre‑charged me for both bookings. Because of the above horror, I cancelled the second booking during the free cancellation period. The restaurant did not refund me for the cancellation even though I provided all supporting documents, and it has not responded to any of my messages.
