The location is fantastic, just a stone’s throw from everything, and they provide solid Wi‑Fi plus a fully stocked kitchen. I enjoyed the comfy lounge area and the little game they keep in the hall, and the owners are genuinely warm and upbeat. The downsides were that the bathrooms are only on the ground floor, so you have to go down, the soundproofing is weak and you hear cars outside, and the mattresses were a bit uncomfortable.

Being right next to the city centre made getting around a breeze, but the bathroom looks like it could use a refresh and the constant traffic noise from the nearby road kept the mornings noisy.

The house sits nicely between Quba and Shadagh, has a private fence for your car, and the shops are just a short walk away. On the downside, the street traffic is loud enough that you can hear cars right at the door.

The apartment feels upscale and is close to all the essential services, and the host was really helpful throughout my stay.
