The location was fine. There was only one bench for all the second‑floor rooms, and we were told there were more but there weren’t, so we had to wait a long time. The place wasn’t very clean, and the shower mats didn’t get replaced during our two nights, staying soaked from everyone. When we arrived to pay, the system didn’t work, so reception said we’d have to do it later. We didn’t receive the street keys at check‑in; they only gave them when we rang the bell. We were leaving on a Sunday and wanted to drop off keys and pay, but reception was closed. When we called to hand over keys and pay, they didn’t remember us, saying we hadn’t mentioned it before. When we explained we were waiting to check out, they said it was Sunday and it was always closed then.
