There was little variety. The elevators were few; you could wait five minutes or more before they arrived.

The mattress was convenient. The hotel was close to the metro. The breakfast was luxurious. The staff were alert and spoke excellent English. The room was large. The water was not hot enough. They rarely changed the towels without a reminder.
