The location is great, but the hotel looks very dated and needs a renovation; during my stay they didn’t redo the room.

I was impressed by the central spot and the owner’s friendliness, but the property was in a sorry state: the room had slanted mattresses that made sleeping difficult unless you prop yourself up, it was poorly lit with holes in the walls, and the windows were falling apart. The bathroom was filthy, with a drain hose from another room’s AC running into the shower. Dirty towels weren’t replaced, and there was no fresh soap or toilet paper; the sinks and faucets were dirty too. It’s definitely not suitable for people with disabilities.
