The location, laundry service (detergent included), and unlimited service at no extra cost were all good, and the photos matched what was offered. However, the hallway rugs were heavily stained and looked very dirty, the laundry area was messy, giving the impression of cleaning only once a year. One of the two staircases was cluttered and narrow, leaving little space to pass. During our stay the elevator jammed at least twice. The shower area was integrated into the bathroom and washbasin, which was a bit disorganized since they don’t provide drying instruments after the shower.

The location is good, close to An Guk Station (Changde Palace), with many nearby attractions, museums, restaurants, and coffee shops; after exploring North Village, you can return to the hotel to rest. A single person in a double room feels comfortable; the pull‑out suitcase opens without blocking the door, and the double‑layered windows provide excellent sound insulation. The room lights are simple and intuitive: one bright main light and one ambient lamp. The first floor has a luggage scale. The bathroom is a bit small, lacks wet‑dry separation, the basin is low (over 165 cm you need to bend a bit), the vanity is tiny, and the basin tap shares a converter with the shower tap, which is inconvenient. The mattress is ordinary but still supportive.

The location is spot‑on, letting you walk to key spots like the palaces, Myendong, Bukchan, and more. The room itself is tiny, which the hotel already tells you, and the bed is uncomfortable because every spring is exposed, making it a real hassle. Towels are small, and the hotel only replaces the tiny ones in the hallway, never the larger ones.

The spot and the staff’s friendliness are great. The bed’s comfort could use a little improvement.
