“Nice staff, not so nice hotel.”

The staff were great, but the hotel itself was dirty. Dirty plates were left outside the rooms the whole time we stayed, and the bathroom was never cleaned—there was other people’s hair in it and the water stank. The sheets felt sticky and were not comfortable at all. It just wasn’t the best or worth the money.

“Perfect!”

Everything was excellent—this is a beautiful hotel. The front staff are the best, always greeting you when you enter and leave. The restaurant offers generous portions and quality food, and the staff there were amazing too. The only thing I would say is that I wouldn’t recommend this hotel if you want a place that’s walkable to restaurants and activities; there’s an onsite restaurant and another next door, but a rental car is a must if you want to get out and sightsee. Plenty of restaurants are within a few miles of the hotel.
