The hotel sits right in the city centre, an excellent location with everything close by. It’s very clean, and the breakfasts are tasty; I was pleasantly surprised. I recommend this hotel.

I keep returning because of the convenient location and the quiet surroundings, even though it’s in the centre. The breakfasts were delicious. I have no complaints.

The breakfasts were varied and without complaint, and the restaurant opened as early as 7:00 am to suit guests, while the lunches were tasty and reasonably priced; however, the room description didn’t match reality—there was no desk or table, only a tiny side table and a single chair, and I’m not sure if that was meant to be the “seating area” listed separately, the “cosmetics set” turned out to be just a bit of liquid soap by the sink and a single‑use shampoo in the shower, and the listing should clarify the room’s location because reaching the second floor of the “żychoniówka” building without an elevator and with very high floors is a huge obstacle for anyone with mobility issues

The accommodation’s location matched the advert: central, not noisy, close to the train and bus stations, and the car had space in the hotel parking. The pedestrian street was nearby. The young receptionist tried to help. Despite the advert, parking was paid, so I didn’t have to stand on the street, but it was still a fee. The bed was soft and uncomfortable. There was no local lighting, just a small lamp, and in the dark only a big lamp could be turned on. The shower head wasn’t stone‑capped, yet the water pressure was so weak that it was almost impossible to bathe. Our room was in an old building that felt more like a museum on arrival, with a slightly musty smell. The narrow staircase led further into the room. The room had no pleasant scent, and the cleaning was very poor. We found several insects, so we wanted to complain, but we feared we’d end up in an even worse situation. We tried to identify them to avoid bringing bedbugs home, which would be even worse. After that, we didn’t even want the paid breakfast. The room had dirt stains and hair strands. I had been to Zakopane about 26 years ago and liked it, so I’ve returned several times. The first shock came when I saw the many Arabs on the street; I didn’t know where to put it, and the 2nd shock was the accommodation itself. I’m considering never coming back; if I travel to an Arab country, I’ll book elsewhere. We felt discriminated against, and that was evident everywhere. We wanted to stay in the main building, but instead we were given a place in an old building. The weekend event forced us into a difficult situation; otherwise we would have turned away immediately. We are an intellectual couple from Hungary.

The place is affordable and in a great spot, very close to the city centre and many shops. The balcony on the 3rd floor offers amazing views. The Wi‑Fi was slow and unstable, and there was a fridge for guests to use.
