How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
The hotel’s location is superb and it’s easily reachable by car, with parking available on the private hotel lot. The surroundings are lovely, featuring a relaxing area with a little lake right next to the hotel, and the city centre is just a few steps away. The rooms are nicely furnished, clean, and air‑conditioned. The staff are friendly, and the hotel’s kitchen is excellent. Plzeň has plenty to offer.

The bathroom without a window was cleaned with chemicals that apparently released chlorine gas, and because the bedroom windows are only in the ceiling there was no ventilation, which caused breathing problems. We fled at 5.50 am without breakfast.

The hotel sits in a good spot, just a few minutes’ walk to the old town and the brewery. We were greeted very warmly, and although we didn’t speak Czech or English, the staff explained everything and the procedures in German very nicely. Many thanks to the reception employee.
