The place is clean and quiet, with nearby restaurants and supermarkets, and the staff are very polite; there are shuttle buses running on a fixed schedule, but it’s far from the Haram, so the bus takes 10 minutes.

Quiet, spotless, and the shuttle service is great, but there was no hot water and the shower was cold—fine for two days, but a longer stay would have made that a problem.
