The location was great, close to the city centre and several bus stops, and the building stayed quiet; the guy at reception was very kind and helpful, the kitchen was very well equipped, and the lockers were practical and spacious. However, the bathrooms could have been cleaner and sometimes there was no toilet paper; some volunteers were not very considerate of other guests, opening and closing the bedroom door many times during the night and sometimes starting to talk inside the room very early in the morning; some long‑term guests seemed to treat the hostel as if it were their own home, walking around the common areas practically naked, which was uncomfortable, and they were not particularly friendly towards other guests; overall, I felt that the hostel didn’t really have a hostel atmosphere, with little sense of social interaction or connection between travellers.

The staff were great and lovely, the environment pleasant, and the rooms tidy and comfortable; the location was excellent, just behind Kneza Mihailova Street and next to a supermarket.
