“Hôtel à éviter”
The breakfast was decent, but the common areas were filthy, there was no soundproofing, the bathroom was tiny, and the promised parking was actually out of reach – we had to pay for a city spot instead.

The spot is right in the middle of everything, so getting to all the sights was a breeze.

The location was perfect, close to the main train station and metro, with plenty of cafés and grocery and food options; we stayed in a junior suite, the room was good size with a balcony (chairs and table), and free good Wi‑Fi was available. We arrived early but could leave our luggage until check‑in; nothing major, but a kettle in the room would be a nice addition.

It’s not far from the city centre, but the bedding was uncomfortable and I slept poorly; there was also very little equipment provided.

The location made it easy to explore Munich, the room was clean with a great bed, and because we were at the back of the hotel it stayed quiet; parking in the on‑site garage was convenient, and a car lift was available. Breakfast was excellent, with plenty of fresh options, and the staff were friendly, though I wished there were a kettle on the upper floor. The downside was that a room above the receptionist’s door let in a lot of smoke, which was unpleasant.
