Some of the staff working at the pool had a bad attitude, and the pool staff and the massage room in the spa had loud background noise that was highly distracting.

“Very poor quality and there is no value for money. There are hotels across from here which are bette”

I was quite disappointed with my stay at this hotel, as the room was incredibly small and the mattress was extremely old, with springs poking out in all directions. The cramped space made it difficult for me to move around comfortably. Despite the hotel's potential, the poor condition of the room left a lot to be desired.

“As with all W and Marriott hotels, the staff really do try to make your stay as good as possible”

I had a lovely time at this hotel, with clean rooms and generally great staff. However, I do think it's worth noting that this hotel may not be the best choice for solo travelers over 35, as it seemed to be a party destination. Despite this, I chose to stay there anyway, and I'm glad I did.

“Would stay agin”

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel, thanks to the friendly and helpful staff who were always available to answer my questions and take care of my needs. The location, rooms, and atmosphere were all great, making for a comfortable and enjoyable experience.
