I liked the friendly welcome from the staff, the location just minutes from Nation metro, and the garden‑side view of the room; there was daytime construction, but the night was very quiet. The room was clean and the kettle was a nice touch. However, the hotel’s standard doesn’t match a 3‑star rating: the room is small, the bathroom is extremely narrow, the materials feel low‑grade, there’s no chair for the desk—just a stiff plastic stool—making it impossible to work comfortably. Luckily I could work in the breakfast area at night, which was very calm. The elevator is tiny, and overall the place doesn’t give a very high‑quality vibe, which is a shame because it could offset the small room size.
