How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
The owners and their team were very kind and helpful! We asked for extra chairs in the common area, and at 35°C they fulfilled the request in an instant. We tried to arrange a group photo with them, but it didn’t work out because of our mistake—next time for sure!

A little improvement is needed in the cleanliness of the shared kitchen, and then it’ll be fine.

Clean, comfortable, no problems, safe. The windows facing the street were quite annoying, especially early in the morning and at night.

The room was okay and had a fridge, and the bathroom was solid. However, when we arrived we got the keys at a bar where drunk people were sleeping, and they took us to our room in silence because they seemed to only speak their own language. There was no air conditioning, so in summer the room stayed above 27°C and the beds were terrible, leaving us waking up all broken. We could open the windows at night to cool down, but at 6 am the loud noise from neighbors and traffic started. I left my purse in the “hotel” and begged the lady for three days to deliver it to the post office at my expense, since we were 400 km away. Unfortunately, they showed no interest at all; it was pointless. You expect a little empathy, but they don’t care.
