The room was spacious and comfortable, with all expected amenities present. The décor was traditional and original. Breakfast was self‑serve and the options were poor: only white bread one day, no yoghurt, limited fruit, and other guests brought their own. I left for the day most mornings. I never saw any staff during my stay, which is why I chose a hotel/guesthouse over an Airbnb as a solo traveler—security matters.

Excellent location, and our luggage was already in the room when we arrived.

The location is good for the city centre. I didn’t like that we never saw any staff at all during our stay; it felt very impersonal and isn’t for me—a self‑serving B&B.
