“It was very disappointing.”

The location was great, close to everything, but the front desk lady named Shay had a large group of us waiting for over 30 minutes; a lady called the hotel multiple times and another couple yelled down the hall for attention, yet nobody came. We heard laughing in a room, thinking it was a resident, but it wasn’t; Shay appeared laughing and, when the lady pointed out our wait, replied, “I know. I was helping a guest.” With an attitude, we were all very disgusted. Additionally, our bathroom sink was clogged and backed up.

“Not an advisable place to stay”

We were assigned our room, but the keys didn’t work at first; after fixing them, the door opened to a strong mold and mildew smell, so we turned in our keys and left. The property overall felt unclean and safety seemed questionable.

The price was great, the room was clean and comfortable, and the hotel is very close to the highway, making it an excellent choice for a working trip in the Orlando area. Nothing we didn't like, but be aware this is a hotel for folks on a business trip or looking for a deal, so it is not the ideal choice for families on vacation, and the site amenities are limited.
