“The Property was Great!”
The hotel, staff, and breakfast were all good. I was charged twice because the booking site billed me and the hotel billed me after claiming my reservation was cancelled. I wasn’t happy and disputed the charge with the booking site, as they must have sent a cancellation notice that I never received.
The bathroom needs updating.

Conveniently located. The room needs an upgrade—rugs are worn out and the furniture needs replacing.

The location is excellent. I asked for an accessible room with a walk‑in shower but was given a wheelchair‑accessible room with a tub shower and a shower chair; the bathroom was very slippery and unsafe. The desk agent said they had a room with a walk‑in shower, but the request wasn’t forwarded to them from the booking site.
