“Great location, but the room needs maintenance and attention to detail”

The property’s location was very convenient and made getting around Ancona easy. The mattress was uncomfortable, the pillows were very thin and no extras were provided. The kettle in the room was dirty. The bathroom door was almost falling off the wall and wouldn’t close properly, compromising privacy. The air conditioning never cooled the room. When we messaged the host for help, they simply replied that they didn’t know why instead of trying to fix it or offer a solution.

The place sits right in the historic centre, close to bus stops that go to the beaches and the airport, and you can walk to all the restaurants and clothing shops; the rooms might be a bit small, but everything else was great.
