How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
The room was spacious and the temperature was just right, and the breakfast was good. Dogs are allowed in the hotel 😫 The carpet needs cleaning, there’s an odd smell in the carpeted corridors and lift, and more staff are needed to serve guests at breakfast.

The location, facilities, cleanliness and friendly staff made everything perfect—nothing was lacking.

The staff were professional and efficient, and the room amenities met our expectations. The hotel sits on a somewhat noisy street, but the sound‑proofing handled it well.

The staff’s friendliness was exceptional, and the free breakfast offers a menu that’s better than continental for the price. The mattress was so comfortable I wish we’d asked for its name. Access to the elevators requires a key card, adding extra security. The full‑service bar and restaurant are reasonably priced, there are slot machines on site, and the indoor pool and hot tub are a good size.

It’s close to the perimeter highway, which is handy when traveling across Canada. A few characters hang out in front of the building, though.
