“Waring to others do not stay here.”
The place was dirty, with mould in the teapot and on the shower floor, and the Doona smelled so bad we had to sleep without it. The Japanese beds were the hardest we’ve ever slept on. There was no elevator, and the many stairs were not mentioned in the booking. The step rails were broken, and we only had one thin old towel for four days. Housekeeping never arrived. Food left by a previous guest was in the fridge, and the bathroom floor flooded. We complained to the manager, who came the next day and promised to fix the problems. When we returned to our room, nothing had been repaired except the teapot, so we had to sleep without bedding again and checked out immediately. The front door was left open all night, which felt unsafe, and the price was too high.
