The room was a good size with everything we needed, the staff were helpful, and breakfast was very good.

The only positive note of the stay was Claudia at the reception: kind, helpful, and truly welcoming; the rest, unfortunately, did not meet expectations. There was no air‑conditioning in the room, temperatures were 28–29 °C and it was barely breathable; the central control was handled by reception—turning it on made a loud noise all night, turning it off suffocated you; the windows were unreachable for mosquitoes; the breakfast area was also stuffy and unbreathable, and if a service is paid for, it should be delivered.

The location was very quiet, the building modern and comfortable, the welcome warm, and the breakfast excellent. I also enjoyed dining at the friendly restaurant right across from the hotel.

The rooms are roomy, each with a private bathroom and balcony. Parking is free, and the restaurant on the other side of the street has very friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast offers everything you could need.
