The hotel's location right by the beach promenade was a major plus, and the breakfast was actually pretty tasty, even if the options were limited. However, the room was pretty basic, and there was no way to get any extra services or food beyond breakfast. The staff only spoke English at the reception, which was a bit of a hassle.

The staff here are absolute gems – friendly, helpful, and always willing to lend a hand. The rooms are spacious and spotless, with comfy beds that'll make you feel right at home. The shower and bathroom are top-notch, and the garden is a beautiful oasis to relax in. The only downsides are the pool filtration system, which wasn't working during our stay, and the breakfast, which took a bit of getting used to but improved significantly after we gave the staff some feedback.

This place has a great vibe, thanks to the friendly staff and its fantastic location near the center of Kampot. We spent a comfortable week here and would definitely stay again. It's a great base to explore the area from.

The staff were friendly and helpful, which was a big plus, but unfortunately, the hotel itself was a bit of a mess. The owner had changed just a week before, and it showed - the whole area was dirty, the room wasn't cleaned at all during our 3-night stay, and we had to ask for toilet paper. The pool was so dirty we couldn't even swim in it, and there was trash everywhere. We did give feedback to the owner, and things improved a bit after that, but still gave it a high rating.
