How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
The breakfast ladies were genuinely excellent and caring, and room service kept the room tidy. The only downside was the lack of a kettle for boiling water.

The shower broke while I was using it.

The room was very clean, spacious, and comfortable. However, the hotel was opaque about smartphone app requirements, extra parking fees, and the need to pay for them when booking an overnight stay. My license plate was photographed at entry and exit, giving off a government‑facility vibe. The bar and dining area were empty, and technology seemed to dominate the environment.

I stayed in a clean, tidy room that was conveniently located near the university, but it was really uncomfortable when the F&B manager started lecturing his staff at the bar – that was very inappropriate.
