The place is in a decent spot and fairly clean. However, it’s not a B&B because there’s no breakfast at all; the “terrace” is actually just four chairs with a table in a greenhouse or a hole in the building that lets in a little light and air. The water drain goes into the sewage via a gutter in the greenhouse. The sink is only 15 × 30 cm. The handle for the “terrace” exit is broken. The property advertises a full price of over 500 € but offers discounts over 70 %, which feels like a scam because the night doesn’t even count for 70 %. The cross at the entrance to the shower cabin is 180 cm high.

The location is superb—just a short walk from the beach, close to the bus station (including the airport bus), and surrounded by restaurants and shops. The owner provided clear check‑in instructions. The only downside is that the room gets a bit humid during the rainy season because it’s so close to the sea.

The location is excellent, with the sea just a short walk away. The room was cozy, bright, and comfortable, and the bathroom was very nice. The host was polite, responsive, and quick to resolve any issues. The only area for improvement is cleaning quality. In room 6 we found a large amount of mould under the air conditioner. The host responded promptly and arranged for it to be cleaned, which we appreciated. However, given the amount of mould, it seemed that the problem had been there for some time. We hope the underlying cause will be addressed, not just the mould itself.

“Great for solo travellers,good value and fab location. Basic but nice.”

The spot was great. Jason answered every message quickly and was always very helpful and accommodating. I expected breakfast because the brochure in my room said there was one and some places called it O Clock Bed and Breakfast. The room I stayed in didn’t have a window that opened, so at first I didn’t feel secure. Over time I felt safer. The door lock was also a bit loose.
