How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
The infrastructure was good even with rain, and the rooms were comfortable. Wifi didn't work, safety against accidents was low, there was no protective net on the windows, no supervision on the toys, and the cleaning in the common areas was lacking. The food replenishment at the buffet didn't keep up with the number of people. On the German night, I arrived at 20:30 for dinner and there was no more ribeye.

It was my first visit to the place, we went to celebrate my birthday and it was wonderful, we definitely plan to come back. The only downside was the mattress, it was very soft and caused a bit of discomfort in my back.

The rooms were solid and the food was amazing, but there was no Wi‑Fi or cell signal at all—so you’re basically cut off from the outside world.

The staff were friendly, the facilities were nice, and the meals were good. The internet, however, was terrible, making it hard to work or stay in touch if you need to.

I liked how flexible the meal times were, the recreation options, and the whole Junina party vibe. The only downside was the shower that sticks right up against the wall.
