“Overall not a family friendly or senior friendly property.”
Location was good. Cleaning boy Sachin and his brother were the only good staff. Not Senior and Children friendly No Elevators some shady operation on pairs coming for short term ‘fun’ Front desk staff rude, argumentative though it is facility problem Water heater always switched off centrally and had to ask them to in it to vetting one had to shower and then wait for 10mjns before water gets heated to shower. Waste of time. Washroom Kami’s seat was broken - even after they fixed it, it was such a bad job that it broke the very next day!! Hand soap at wash basin not refilled for 2 days in spite of reminder. Floor even after mopping was so bad that it left black marks on feet. No windows. Dingy rooms. Not as per expectation at all. Work being performed at facility had dust and wires all around the main lobby which was a hindrance and tripping risk. Breakfast was okay but repetitive options. So if staying multiple days, it gets boring
“Nice hotel”
The hotel itself was a pleasant surprise - the room was spotlessly clean and a decent size, which was a relief after reading some of the mixed reviews. The breakfast room service was also a nice touch, making it easy to start the day without having to leave the room. However, the location wasn't exactly ideal - it was a bit of a trek to get to the city centre, and the surrounding area wasn't particularly lively. Still, the hotel itself made up for the less-than-ideal location.
“amazing”
This place is seriously amazing - the staff are super friendly, the rooms are comfy, and the location is perfect for exploring the city. The breakfast spread is also top-notch, with plenty of options to suit every taste. The only downside is that the Wi-Fi can be a bit wonky at times, but it's not a deal-breaker. Overall, I'd definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a great spot to stay.
“extremely bad and the worst experience ever”
there is no property it does not match the picture and they did not refund the money also. there is no property it does not match the picture and they did not refund the money also
“amazing stay”
I was expecting a disaster given the mixed reviews, but I'm happy to report that my stay at this hotel was actually pretty great. The staff were super friendly and helpful, which made up for the tiny room and dodgy elevator. The location was also perfect, right in the heart of the city and within walking distance to all the main attractions.
