The central location made exploring Hanoi easy, and we especially appreciated the team's professionalism and proactive help with transferring luggage between hotels and domestic airports after an airline cancellation that we weren’t aware of.

“Tolle Unterkunft im Old Quarter”

The place sits nicely in the Old Quarter, the beds are comfy and the room feels cozy; the staff were very friendly and helpful, so overall it’s a solid spot for a few days in Hanoi and we’ll definitely book again. The breakfast didn’t always have everything we expected.
