The small house offers a king bed, desk, and a shower with a patio overlooking the water, which is very nice. Quiet, very private, and I’m grateful that you can have breakfast, lunch, and dinner here at set times because there’s nowhere else to eat. However, it’s a small family‑run hotel. A guest told me breakfast is included, but over three days I was confused about what’s actually part of it. Dinner is served from 5:30 to 7 pm, and the guests enjoy the outdoor dining patio by the water, but whether you finish the meal or not, you still have to pay the owner, and the lights turn off at 7 pm when the local lady chef finishes. I wish the place had at least one light on an auto timer until maybe 9 or 10 pm. I’m back in my room by 7 pm and sleep at 9 pm, which is too early for me. The place needs maintenance. Moorea is an island where a taxi is the only way to get around or walk. Even though this place is a 20‑minute walk to the Hilton Resort, there’s not much around. Taxis have to be pre‑ordered and are not easy to get.

The view of the lagoon from the bed and the tiny terrace was great, but everything else was terribly old and not very clean. There were no window screens, so insects swarmed in, and the bed net was torn, letting bugs even into the sheets and pillowcases. The reception was closed at night and nobody answered our calls to fix the issue, so we had to leave because we couldn't sleep with all those insects. It's a shame because the property has a lot of potential.

La vue sur la mer . L Acceuil horrible . Les matelas taché avec des taches de sangs . La salle de bain moisi . Très sale. Et aussi vol d argent dans le coffre du gérant . On a dû porter plainte à la gendarmerie
