The view was nice and the staff came across as friendly, but the place was filthy, never cleaned, and I had to bring my own cleaning supplies; mould and dust filled the “tunnel window,” and the couch bed was totally unsuitable for sleeping.

The room was roomy and the spot was good, plus there was a washing machine and dryer, but the beds weren’t made properly, electric blankets dangled over the sides, there were no mattress protectors, and we had to remake the beds just to use the blankets.

Friendly accommodating staff. Unit 7 was comfortable considering the price. Outdoor pool was dirty. Chemicals in spa not friendly on swimwear. No face cloths. No dish cloths. Games room equipment dated. Pool table cush torn. Accommodation was dated. Carpets, cupboards, kitchen ware are all old. Cleanliness needs to be addressed
