The location was safe, quiet, and pleasant, and Clare was a great host; the room was perfect for a break while cycling the South Downs Way, with out‑of‑sight bike storage, local amenities nearby, and a short walk to both sea and hills—super value and very accommodating. Thank you.

Great value for money, ideal for an evening stay for hikers; very clean with excellent bathroom facilities, all as advertised, and within easy walking distance of local shops and take‑aways for meals.
