Even though I arrived before the 3 pm check‑in time, the staff gladly showed me to my room. The hotel has two baths, but the panoramic one suffered from visibly old ceiling and walls, and the location wasn’t appealing either, which was disappointing. The window could be opened, but I had no idea how to operate it. It wasn’t the hotel’s fault, but I chose this place to enjoy the hot‑spring town and many nearby shops were closed, which was also a let‑down.

The staff at the front desk were super friendly, which set the tone for our stay. The facilities were spotless and really comfortable, and the hot spring was gorgeous – we were thoroughly satisfied. The only thing that's missing is.

We recently stayed at this hotel and had a pretty mixed experience. On the plus side, the onsen (hot spring baths) were amazing - there were three of them to choose from, which was a real treat. However, the dinner buffet was a bit of a letdown, with limited options and not great quality food. Overall, it was a decent stay, but the food was definitely a disappointment.
