The spot was good and the staff handled check‑in and check‑out well, but the original room had a lot of issues: the AC didn’t work, there was no hot water, the bathroom lacked ventilation and the door wouldn’t close, and there was no closet. When I told the office woman, she responded rudely and dismissively, ruining the stay; eventually another staff member managed to move me to a different room.

There was no breakfast, and the check‑in was confusing and a little disorganized; we ended up at a property several blocks away from where we expected, and there was still no breakfast.

The spot is unbeatable—central, walkable to many places, free parking (though tight, so bring a small car). The staff were all very polite and eager to help, but the bathroom needed a full overhaul: gaps around the shower, water dribbled out, the faucet was a kitchen one instead of a bathroom model. At that room rate, guests deserve a cleaner, better bathroom.
