How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
The host family was warm and the room was large. It’s quiet but close to beautiful beaches and reachable by bus or TukTuk. The AC was good, the room and bathroom were clean, and there were plenty of storage spaces. The bathroom is on the hallway floor, but since we’re alone on the floor, it doesn’t bother us. The bed was a bit hard and not very comfortable for us.

The room and family were very nice; the owner takes time to talk with guests. It’s practical and close to the diving center.

The villa sits in a great spot, not far from Silent Beach, which I found to be the best beach in the area. It’s a quiet place away from traffic, surrounded by greenery where you can spot various animals. The room with AC was spacious and clean, as was the bathroom. The Wi‑Fi was excellent. The staff were very courteous and always ready to help with anything I needed. I also recommend trying the kitchen’s super Rice & Curry. I hope to return to Kottamba Villa.

The location of this place is great, close to Silent Beach, which I found to be the best beach in the area. Everything worked perfectly: the AC room was spacious and clean, as was the bathroom, and the Wi‑Fi connection was excellent. The staff were very courteous and always available. The food is worth trying, especially the delicious Rice & Curry. I hope to return to Kottamba Villa in the future.

The apartment was huge, clean, with hot water and air conditioning. The mother‑in‑law was very kind and helped me with everything! The location is a bit farther, but there’s a bus that runs.
