The room was comfortable and the breakfast was very good. The location feels odd, being close to the highway with access from one side via a dirt road, and Uber drivers complained about picking up and dropping off at the hotel.

There is a kids’ playground, a pool, and a big play area. The child monitors don’t bother to invite the kids to play. Lunch and dinner are more pleasant in the outdoor area.

Nothing to declare. When booking the stay, the hotel requested upfront payment with an option to split it, which was paid. But to my surprise they asked for payment at the accommodation, causing confusion, frustration and delay. The information the reception gave did not match the booking. Breakfast had few options and there was a lot of noise in the room 24 hours, apparently from an external equipment we couldn’t identify. The local Wi‑Fi was confusing, and on the hotel card they asked for registration with vague instructions. The biggest frustration, besides the payment confusion, was arriving to the room and not finding an outlet on the central desk, which disrupted our home‑office work.

The hotel is very well located, right next to a major highway that gives access to many points of interest, and close to the event we attended. Breakfast and dinner are also very good. I only suggest upgrading the gym to better serve those who want to stay fit and healthy.
