I loved the apartment's spot—it was spot on and made getting to the city's main sights a breeze, plus it’s close to Centraal station if you need a train to the airport or elsewhere, and everything was spotless and well maintained. I enjoyed the stay and would book again.

“Informales”

They cancelled my stay right when we arrived at the apartment, with no warning at all. I had to find another place and complain to the booking platform. Terrible.

The apartment was centrally located, clean, and spacious; with four people we had two rooms and two private bathrooms. We arrived at 13:00, called the number listed on Booking, and were told the room would be ready between 14:00 and 14:30. We waited until 15:00 and then received a call from a staff member explaining the room wouldn’t be ready because the cleaning lady was absent. They offered us the adjacent apartment, and finally at 16:00 we could check in. The owner of the souvenir shop next door explained that this happens almost every day. If not for this inconvenience, I would have given the place at least 9.

We stayed just one day and had no complaints at all. The host kindly informed me that my booked room had an issue and moved us to another one. Everything was clean, the beds were super comfortable, and the location was perfect. I would definitely stay there again. We had no issues.

Central location, comfortable beds. We suspect we brought a few extra linens with us, so be careful.
