“Excellent staff just i was in the old building the toilet basins very old”

The staff were great, but the duvet didn’t come with a cover.

“Disappointed after previous experience there”

The breakfast had a good variety and eggs were cooked to order, but my niece booked a room that wasn’t available and they said they couldn’t reach the manager until the next day; it was fixed the following day, which was still not ideal, especially since we booked well ahead of time. The hotel was busier than our last visit, with guests putting towels on sun beds at 7 am, and after staying here many times I probably won’t return.

“Great hotel, great location.”

Loved our stay! Had a 3 bed apartment with huge balcony. Well equipped. Comfortable and clean. Perfect for a family of 5. Lots of room. Staff welcoming and helpful. Have been to Hisaronu many times but first time to this hotel. Would definitely return. Nothing! Maybe slight issue with people reserving a lot of sunbeds but this is a problem everywhere

“short and out alot”

liked the walk in pool rooms.Only stayed 2 days and were out alot shopping and at the sea. Nothing i complain about
