The bed was super cozy, and breakfast was both plentiful and tasty; the only downside was the lack of a dedicated parking space, but the parking garage at the main station was conveniently close.

The front‑desk staff were very friendly, yet the room 210 lacked a towel holder by the sink, the toilet had no lid, and the curtains were a bit torn.

The staff were friendly and helpful, but the hotel consists of two buildings—one on the main shopping street and another 600 m away opposite an addiction centre. Coming from Frankfurt and working in the Bahnhofsviertel, I felt uneasy staying alone at night, though the staff moved me to the other building right away when I requested it; as a couple it might have been fine, but the location difference should be reflected in the price.

The location was superb and the breakfast, though small, was delightful; the downside was that the room was in a completely different building about one and a half streets away.
