“I can give one more try, expecting improvements in some areas”

The location is great, and the rooms are clean with good facilities. Staff respond well, and breakfast is decent: the vada was a bit stale, the paranthas were okay, the poha was good, but the tea and coffee weren’t hot enough, and the selection was limited. The tables were dirty. At check‑out, the reception staff could have been more attentive. More variety and better presentation of vegetarian breakfast dishes would help, and it was odd that a shaving kit was demanded but not provided in the bathroom.

“Value for money”

The stay was amazing; the hotel was clean and well maintained, and the staff were courteous—especially Mr. Yadav at reception, who was very helpful. The only area for improvement is the breakfast spread, but overall it was a very good experience.

The location is good, the hotel has spacious rooms, and the staff behaved well, making it good value for money. However, the hotel needs proper maintenance or it will deteriorate in a few years; the food is expensive and often takes a long time to be delivered.
