Ares. The staff, especially the property owner, behaved in a way that I’d never seen before—disrespectful and clueless about customer communication. I won’t detail the whole incident, but it was the worst experience I’ve ever had.

The receptionist was utterly rude. After a long day of travel we were exhausted, yet she didn’t know how to greet us properly. I almost left the hotel, but we had already paid a lot for the stay. It was a bad experience solely because of her attitude. Change the receptionist.
