The staff offered no help, the air conditioner failed to cool the room, it took an hour for the shuttle to arrive after multiple calls, and I was treated as if I wouldn’t pay for parking only to be overcharged; I’ll pay the extra fee and park at the airport next time.

Almost nothing was positive; almost everything was negative. Breakfast was advertised as included but was missing on my second visit, and what was offered on the first was very poor. The A/C unit was loud, many outlets didn’t work, there was no tissue in the dispenser, and several other issues.
