“2 night stay, to go to Goodwood revival”
Nice location and friendly staff. We didn’t dine there because we had other plans, but the on‑site parking was good.

Tired, unclean, needs attention—standards have dropped since my last visit.

The garden is nice and the bus route is close, and the beds feel comfortable. The kitchen extractor fan blows all day and even late at night, the water is lukewarm, and there’s no alternative food when I’m not satisfied with what’s offered.

The pub is friendly and offers rooms, and Worthing town centre is within easy walking distance; pub food is available and there are also some very nice restaurants nearby. The staff are friendly but sometimes need prompting, for example when I asked for a breakfast order and spoons they were happy to help, indicating they could use a bit more training or supervision.

The team and the environment are great. Nothing to add.
