The location is fine, but I was overcharged for the tariffs without any refund. I paid one lakh in cash on arrival, and the food bill was about twenty‑two thousand rupees, which I paid when checking out. The bill showed that the balance amount had not been credited back to my account. Moreover, we occupied four rooms but were charged for five, and I couldn’t understand why.

The location was convenient and the staff helped with CAB bookings for sightseeing and long‑distance rides, but the heating didn’t work well and the hot water shower required a trick to use effectively; that trick should have been in the instructions.
