Breakfast was first class, and the front desk staff matched that quality. We appreciated the cleaning service that came every other day; the staff were attentive and thorough. The only thing that could have made our stay better would have been the availability of a hot tub!

Breakfast was nice, and I loved having water with citrus available at all times. The pancakes were a little tough on the edges—maybe they were frozen? Freshly made would have been nicer.

The location was good. I was very dissatisfied during my stay. Staff, especially Thomas, were rude and condescending. My prepaid room wasn’t ready when I arrived at 4:30 PM; I didn’t get it until around 5 PM. The room itself didn’t meet my expectations in terms of quality and cleanliness, and it certainly didn’t justify $300 a night. There were dirty socks in the closet when I got the room. The breakfast was okay, again not up to the expectation for a $300 a night. They also tried to trick us about the value of the valet parking.

The availability of parking wasn’t disclosed before I booked, which caused an unexpected inconvenience upon arrival. The receptionist’s attitude was disappointing; instead of helping, he simply told us we had to resolve the issue and that it was “not their business.” I expected a more helpful, customer‑oriented response.

The staff were very pleasant and helpful. The single diffuser off the fan coil makes the room extremely drafty. The door to the bathroom is very heavy, and the sink is kind of small. The gym isn’t anything special, and I have to walk into the shower and get blasted by cold water to turn it on.
