The place is in a great spot, with solid security and easy access, even for late arrivals. Parking was excellent. The host was charming, and the breakfast was just right. It was a great find and we’d definitely stay again. Highly recommended.

It was a lovely experience: close to the sea, near the city center, the host was very welcoming, the breakfast was fabulous, and the room was clean.

Great value for both train and car travelers, thanks to the internal parking. It’s a fixed stop for me whenever I come to Pescara.

The room was very modern and clean. The location is ideal for walking to the center, and the train station is just steps away. Breakfast is very complete, and Stefano is very attentive and friendly. We felt very comfortable.

The accommodation is excellent, everything is in its place. The self‑check‑in instructions were very clear, and the breakfast was great, even with fresh croissants. It’s close to the train station and about a half‑hour walk to the center and the seafront. The parking in the enclosed area is very convenient.
