“Very disappointed considering we stayed at a reputed brand as Novotel”
The pool was nice and the location convenient, but the hotel was under renovation and dusty, which should have been mentioned at booking. The room had a musty smell, the air‑conditioner didn’t work, and we were told it was a problem on the whole floor.
The food was excellent and the service great.

I liked the welcome smiles by those serving during breakfast time. I had a horrible experience when I arrived , I don’t remember the nite lady on duty on the 16th June nite when I reached the hotel but thanks the Prachi ur floor manager who came to my rescue after 2 hrs of torture by the nite reception lady , she should not be allowed to treat a guest so badly
